Medical Device
Managed automation project from initiation through SAT and closure to assemble and test medical device. Led the project from inception to signoff at the customers facility. Including but not limited to the following:
• Engineering
• Supply Chain
• Manufacturing

• Evaluate and procure additional resources as needed to meet project timelines
• Author project documentation, specifications and review validation documentation for accuracy and completeness

Power Plant Back-Up Generator
Managed project to include resource management, both supply chain and team members
• Function as the ambassador for customer requirements while ensuring program goals and requirements are achieved

Documentation
Established a 7-person team to update a multi-national chemical companies’ documentation and prepare the documents for implementation into a new documentation system. The project covers all documentation required to run the business such as Quality, HR, Engineering, and Company policies. The duration of this project will be 1+ years.
Documentation
Developed Standard Operator Procedures (SOP's) for a major Food and Beverage industry client. Worked with engineering, maintenance, manufacturing and training to develop SOP’s for their existing production line and new production line arriving from the OEM. The SOP's covered the entire production process from raw product to final packaging and preparation for shipment.
